Bedford, OH (September 14, 2020) – An auto accident reported on Saturday afternoon claimed one man’s life in the Bedford area. On September 12, the Bedford Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 271.
Reports provided by local news reports show that a male pedestrian was on the northbound side of Interstate 271 when he was struck by a vehicle. The total number of vehicles involved in this accident has not been determined. The man sustained fatal injuries in the accident in the accident.
Emergency crews arrived at the scene and immediately declared the victim deceased. At this time, the police in Bedford are investigating to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
