Cleveland, OH (August 25, 2020) – An automobile accident reported on Monday in the Jefferson section of Cleveland sent one person to an area hospital with injuries. At 8:50 a.m., on August 24, the Cleveland Fire Department assisted police and EMS at the site of a collision on West 140th Street.
Reports provided by authorities show that a black Hyundai Elantra and a second vehicle collided on West 140th Street at the intersection with Lorain Avenue for unknown reasons. The crash resulted in traffic delays through the area. Multiple medics were requested to the scene to render aid to injured victims. One person involved in the crash required further treatment of injuries. The victim was transported to a local hospital immediately following the crash. At this time, the cause of the collision remains under investigation with the police in Cleveland.
