Willoughby Hills, OH (June 16, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported on Tuesday evening in Willoughby Hills sent two people to area hospitals with injuries. At around 5:30 p.m., on June 15, the Willoughby Hills Police responded to the scene of a crash on Interstate 90.
Reports from local authorities show that a 2019 Cadillac SUV, driven by a 67-year-old female, was traveling west on Interstate 90 when it collided with a 2013 Hyundai sedan head-on between Interstate 91 and Ohio State Route 306.
The impact of the crash left both vehicles with moderate damage. The driver of the Cadillac and the driver of the Hyundai, a 36-year-old female, were both extricated from their vehicles. The two victims were transported to area hospitals for the treatment of serious injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
